Step 1: Review the Property Size Guide below and select the option that best matches the number and layout of your mulch beds.

Step 2: Review the Service Tier breakdown below and select the level of cleanup and restoration your beds need.

Step 3: After selecting your options, proceed to your cart and complete checkout. Once your order is submitted, your project is placed into our schedule.

If you are unsure, choose your closest match. Scope is confirmed before service.

This service is executed using a standardized installation process to ensure consistent quality across all properties.

Property Size Guide

Townhome	• 1–2 small mulch beds connected directly to the home • No detached or multiple open bed areas	If your property includes multiple beds, select Small Property
Small Property	• 2–4 defined mulch beds • Landscaping primarily around the home • No oversized or wide-open bed areas	If you have 5+ beds or any large open mulch areas, select Medium Property
Medium Property	• 4–8 mulch beds • Landscaping on multiple sides of the home • May include one larger open bed area	If your property includes multiple large open beds or extensive rear coverage, select Large Property
Large Property	• 8+ mulch beds • Landscaping across much of the property • Includes large or multiple open bed areas	If your property includes extensive or estate-style landscaping, select Estate Property
Estate Property	• Extensive bed systems across the property • Large open areas, tree lines, or perimeter landscaping	On-site evaluation required prior to scheduling

Tier 1 – Basic Mulch Refresh

Best for maintained beds that need a seasonal refresh and new mulch installed over an existing clean foundation.

• Removal of loose debris and visible weeds

• Removal of excess mulch as needed to restore proper depth

• Cleanup and light bed edging where existing edges already exist

• Installation of new premium mulch to proper depth

• Final site cleanup

Tier 2 – Bed Refresh and Edge Restoration ⭐ Most Popular

Best for beds with visible weeds, faded edges, or uneven mulch that need reshaping and deeper cleanup.

Everything in Tier 1, plus:

• More thorough weed removal (roots where accessible)

• Re-establishing bed edges where edges are faded or uneven

• Minor reshaping of existing beds (no expansion)

Tier 3 – Full Bed Reset and Weed Barrier System

Best for neglected beds, heavy weed growth, or homeowners who want a full reset with long term weed control.

• Full removal of existing mulch and organic debris

• Removal of weeds and roots

• Bed surface preparation

• Installation of weed fabric where appropriate

• Proper securing of weed fabric

• Installation of new mulch to proper depth

• Final cleanup

What Is Not Included

This service does not include new bed expansions, major grading changes, plant removal, tree removal, or landscape redesign unless separately selected.

Additional work outside the selected scope may require adjustment prior to service.

Scheduling

Projects are completed in the order received. You will receive confirmation once your project is placed on our schedule.

Exact service date may vary based on routing and weather conditions.

All services are performed by insured service professionals.

Do I need to be home? No. As long as access to the beds is clear, service can be completed without you present.
